The DP25/C cardioid microphone has a frequency response of 50Hz to 25kHz with a very fast impulse response making it crisp and clean on snare without sounding tubby. The 145dB SPL capability will insure that the DP25/C will not overload even from the loudest of drum attacks. It has a gold logo ring to quickly identify its use for snare, high hat or drum overheads.


The DP25/C is an Earthworks® High Definition Microphone™ that has been designed for use with snare drums.Its incDP25/C Snareredibly fast impulse response will allow it to capture the full detail of the attack, while its short diaphragm settling time will allow you to hear subtle details that you cannot hear using conventional microphones.
