The TELEFUNKEN AR-51 was created to bring the classic circuit of the ELA M 251E and C12 into a new, more affordable microphone. The AR-51 is
designedinside the tradition in theclassic mics from thepast, utilizing the identical circuit designbecause theclassic TELEFUNKEN ELA M 251E. Virtually indestructible, TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik’s new rugged hard case has innovative features for unmatched strength and durability.
It is o-ring sealed and waterproof up to a depth of 3 feet. It’s airtight, and built to withstand the most extreme conditions. These cases are great for airline travel with an automatic pressure equalization valve. They include spring release latches lock in place as well as lock holders which are great for use with pad locks for added security. Inside the cases customized foam offers an extremely tailored, custom fit for the AR-51, AK-47mkII and M16mkII microphone systems.
